  HAHA. I hate leaving DH in charge of dinner. If he has to cook at all, we usually end up going out to eat.

  Update: He finally got it going, but called me to ask what "searing" meant. (I left a note saying he could sear the roast before throwing it in the crock pot if he wanted.)
