So I'm trying to stock the freezer with meals for DH and I to have on hand for when baby arrives. I am making chili and spaghetti sace/meatballs already, and maybe a lasagna. What else freezes well?

Re: Need ideas for frozen meals. Help, please?
When I was pg w/ DD we bought a frozen meal cookbook from Amazon that had a lot of recipes and ideas. It's called Frozen Assets. I think the book has several versions and there are others like it. We really liked the book and it saved me from having to think of more than two things.
You can make and freeze back waffles for the AM and just pop them in the toaster. Of course you could also just buy these, but they get pretty pricey. you could freeze back a tune noodle casserole. I LOVE LOVE this recipe and the rotini pasta is a little more dense/firm so it would freeze well, especially if you cook it a couple minutes less than if you were going to make & eat it today.

We did a meatloaf too which wasn't so bad. I bought some lovely store soups and had them in the fridge, they were perfect for a quick snack. We had lots of nuts, snack bars, dips/chips basically anything you can grab quick. For us it was all about lots of snacks.
Not long now!!!!
