If I didn't indulge in treats some nights I wouldn't have anything left in the house to eat... because I've had everything else. Maybe if I didn't eat a ton of food, then I wouldn't have to
I used to not eat sweets really at all (I am a salty fan) and now I crave them all the time, cookies, donuts, suckers, ice cream, etc. I hope I don't balloon out!
I ate a lot of desserts before I was pregnant, so I'm not eating any more than normal. I cut back a little by replacing some desserts with fruit but I still let myself have a cookie or something if I want.
