last time I checked BUN is a kidney value checked for in blood work (blood urea nirtogen)...Ive never heard of a BUN "scan", just the downs syndrome one.
I think those are the three parts of an NT scan. They do draw blood & do an untrasound. I think the N stands for nuchal/nasal because the measure the nuchal(back of neck) skin and look to see if the baby has a prominent nasal bone. HTH
