The PPer got me thinkin.

 

On my 5th bday, i got a stuffed cat/puppet.

For 23 years now, i have slept with that silly little kitty every.single.night.

 

I FOUND one on ebay!!

Totally going to buy it!

I showed it to DH, he said "thats not kitty..that cat is fluffy!"

hahahaha... I told him that after 23 years, he'd loose his fluff too!

    Awww. I have a big white teddy bear that I've had since birth and I slept with it until high school. It's still here in our guest bedroom closet. Holes, fluff coming out, safety pins galore, half manged....but still alive and not forgotten!

    I'm so excited! I totally just "bought it now" and will have another "Kitty" coming to live with us! WOOT WOOT!

    I had a blanket that I slept with when I was a child. Its now in my Grandmothers attic. Now (which my husband thinks is creepy) I have a large stuffed frog my brother gave me before he went off to basic.

    I had a pink bunny that I got for Easter when I was 4. I named him "Bunnny" and he has had a few "surgeries" to repair holes that developed. His ears dried my tears many times as a child and I couldn't sleep without him.

    He's still at my Mom's house with my other childhood momentos.

    I still have far too many stuffed animals from childhood up in the attic.  My favorites are a lamb (that you can wind up and plays music) - his name was Lamy-bie.  There is a blue elephant named Ele and a red and white checked dog named Happy.  They are all pretty worn - especially Lamy and Ele, but I love them still.

    I just bought my DH's childhood stuffed kitty toy off ebay to give to him when I get my BFP. I can't believe how expensive it was!! It's from 1987 and in it's original box. He may not want to open it..lol

    I still have mine...a pink Puffalump I call "Puffy"....although it's gotten flattened a bit throughout the years. I got it from my grandmother when I was 2 or 3 I think.
