Cyst rupturting....

I'm having a cyst rupture right now and am at home dealing with it. In pain but can't take anything. See my doctor in the a.m. they'll do an ultrasound to check and make sure it's gone. Anyone else had this happen? Anything help for pain relief?

    Yes I have had a cyst rupture.  I wasn't pregnant at the time though.  Why can't you take anything for the pain?  This may seem like a stupid question, but it is safe to take medication for pain if it is needed during pregnancy.  I had a cyst during this pregnancy that hurt very much & never ruptured.  The one that ruptured was so increadibly painful, I could not have done it without something for pain.

    like pp, I had one rupture pre-pregnancy.  I thought I was dying though...ha.   Just put your feet up, try a warm bath, get some rest and think of it as mini practice for labor pains.  Hope you feel better soon!
