Have not eaten anything with nutritional value all day

Pancakes, a sandwich with some chips now some pasta. Maybe ill throw some of the corn I just bought in with the pasta. When DW isn't here, it seems like a waste to just make dinner for one person.

    I'm the same way when DH is out of town.  I'm probably having mac'n'cheese or spaghettios tonight.  Yum.

    Wash and cut potatoes, put in pot with water and salt, then drain and throw in milk, sour cream, butter, more salt, and blend. So good and easy bc I am lazy, lol.
