How long did your LO's stomach bug last?

DS started vomiting today. Fun times. A little girl at his daycare vomited on Friday so I was expecting it.

How long does this bug usually last?

    DD and I both had it. 

    We got it on a Friday, I was better by Sunday but I kept DD home on Monday for good measure. She went back to daycare on Tuesday. I think she vomited late Saturday night (early Sunday morning) So a total of about three days of vomiting?

    He vomited all night and then seemed fine the next day except for a lack of an appetite.  He did have diarrhea for a few days and then vomited again the third day.  He didn't get back to normal until  four to five days later.

    Days 1 & 2 he vomited then he really wouldn't eat for 3 days.  All in all it was a 4 day experience.  Then DH & I both caught it.  Good times.  Hope it runs its course quickly for your LO!

    Took DS a week to completely get over it. But he wasn't vomiting very much - pedi said babies who are breastfeed for a long period usually aren't too affected by the stomach bug.
