  How fast is it?  You may have to go to the ER so they can try and control it.  You can also try to bear down like your having a bowel movement but that doesn't always work.

  I had this two weeks ago.  I called the doctor on call and by the time she called me back, my heart rate was back to normal.  She mentioned that if I didn't have tingling down my shoulder or arm, and if the heart palps didn't happen again, then all should be fine.  

  But, if you remain concerned, definitely go to the ER.

  My doctor (high risk) said that it can be a normal pregnancy symptom, and without chest pain, it's probably fine.  Try to stay calm, or you'll just make it worse.  Maybe try to take a bath or shower?

  Thanks ladies! After posting this 10 minutes later it got back to normal. It scared me to death.  I was trying to be as calm as possible but it was really freaking me out.
