PSA: Yummy smoothie (low WW pts)

Totally random, I know.  I've had this smoothie twice this week and just have to share.  DH had one with me tonight and he was raving.  I was looking for light chocolate yogurt to use in a smoothie, but didn't have luck yet.  Instead, I bought 100-cal pudding cups and tried that.  So yum!

It's 3-4 WW points, depending on how many strawberries you use.  The smoothie will be approx 12 oz.

1/2 cup fat free milk

4-5 strawberries (I use frozen)

1 - 100 cal, fat free, Jello chocolate pudding cup

handful of ice cubes

2 tsps Splenda, optional (I like things sweet)

It will be thick since there's not much liquid, so I add the items slowly and they don't jam up the blender.  It seems weird to use the pudding, but the chocolate and strawberry combo is SO good!  :-)
