My doctor said my numbers have to be over 200 on a daily basis for it to harm my baby. That doesn't mean that I would ever do that, plus high numbers= me feeling horrible (headaches, thirsty, tired, ect). It was a one time thing for you, so just remember next time to make better choices. It will all be worth it. ;-)
Unless you do it all the time I think you'll be ok. I've heard several ppl say that their dr said it was ok to "cheat" every once in a while. Just don't make it a habit. But I totally understand about the feeling of starvation while going thru this, I have days were I feel like I haven't eaten at all even tho it's the same stuff I eat all the time!

Eat protein-cheese or nuts. My nutritionist that I went to told us if we wanted ice cream to eat it as part of a meal-not alone as a snack.
In answer to your question- You did not hurt your babies though.
