Yes, much sicker...I had no morning sickness the first time around. Also, heartburn, nauseaus, could not eat much---aversions to all kinds of food, except for toast and tea. Also, lots of veggies/salads this time around; that's all I could stomach!
I was actually sicker earlier with my son (throwing up at 3.5 weeks pg) but my morning sickness with the twins has been MUCH worse- that started at like 5 weeks. I have been more tired but I'm also chasing around a toddler so I have heard my friends pg with singletons comment on this during 2nd pregnancies. I was showing super early with the twins- had a noticeable little bump at like 5-6 weeks.
early on it was the same. not until maybe 10w or so did i feel more sick-- and even so, it wasn't bad at all for me.... i just felt more sick and more tired the 2nd time - which could easily be b/c i was also dealing with a toddler - not b/c it was twins- b/c it still was hardly even m/s...
I was never sick with Emerson. In the last week I've felt a tiny bit queasy for a few seconds at a time. I'm tired but, can't sleep well without unisom. That's about it.

I didn't feel any different. I had horrible pizza face early. The morning sickness wasn't any worse then the first time, well maybe a little bit, but I had no idea it was twins until the u/s.
I felt sick RIGHT AWAY this pregnacy as opposed to feeling sick later with my daughter. I vomited more with my daughter but I felt sicker more often (all day) for a longer time with the twins.

Yes. I had intermittent dizziness during the 2ww and nausea set in before 6 wks. I was also extremely tired in the 1st tri. I really just figured the nausea was in a normal range and fatigue was due to a new job and toddler at home. I didn't suspect twins at all. Found out at the NT scan around 13 wks.
Surprisingly enough, I wasn't sicker with the twins. I was much more hungry though. I was probably more tired, but I also couldn't really nap after work anymore since I had a 20 month old to care for. I showed much quicker though.
m/s started exactly the same time - just before 6 weeks with both pregnancies. The throwing up was worse with the twins, but the nausea was more constant and I lost more weight from not eating the first time.
The fatigue was completely debilitating with the twins, much much worse than the first time.
Re: ? for those having twins for their 2nd pregnancy
Definitely more tired and more sick. I started getting sick at about 6wks (8wks last time) and it lasted a lot longer.
definately feel sicker and earlier - I knew I was pregnant which seemed like waaaaay to early to know that. LOL
I've been feeling better the last few days though. Still sluggish and certain food aversions but not all day long like it was. Hoping it lasts!
Yes!! I was very sick very early on and just exhausted from the beginning. Its like every pregnancy symptom was exaggerated.
With my first son, I didn't really have any symptoms at all, even up to the end.
