  So far, nothing! We planned well, and only have 2 very different bouncy chairs, 2 car seats & 2 cribs. We have only one of anything else (eg playmat). We actually didn't start using both cribs until just recently (so that felt like a waste, for a while). Before then, they were bed-sharing with us & then sharing a PnP in our bedroom.

  Swings. They both hated them. And double outfits. Too many people bought us the same things and I almost never dress them the same.

  This exactly.  If you do not plan on dressing them alike make people aware of it now.  I also do not like to dress my girls alike but people didnt get the memo.

  bumbo seats, at least so far & they're 6 months & showing signs of sitting up on their own soon. I usually put one in there while I'm doing something with the other, haven't really had much reason to put them both in the bumbos but I suppose I should pull the other one out of the closet & then maybe I'd use it .

  2's that I definitely use- pack n plays, bouncy seats. I only got one exersaucer, activity mat, jumper and swing & am glad I don't have 2 of any of them.

  Baby bathtubs.  My mom got us two and one is still in the packaging. The 2 I have don't fit in the tub together and I haven't ever given them both a bath at the same time.

  we never opened our 2nd bouncer...never used the 2nd boppy, definitely didn't need two exersaucers

  Hmm ... I really can't think of anything. We have definitely used two each of the obvious car seats, cribs and booster seats, but also two each of jumperoos, bouncy seats, play mats, and Boppys. We only had one each of infant tubs, swings (wish we'd had two!), Bumbos (two would've been nice but not necessary). We could've gotten by with just one play mat but two was nice once they started rolling over a little bit. We would put the playmats right next to each other and they each had space to roll around. Or sometimes we put one on each floor.

  As of right now:

  2 crib mobiles. I returned both as they didn't fit flush on the cribs and the twins didn't pay attention to them anyway.
  

  2 boppies (this may change as they get bigger, as of right now I just use one boppy to feed them one at a time). Overall, I prefer the EZ twin pillow.
  

  2 bathtubs
  

  2 dishwasher containers for bottles/nipples
  

  Double clothing. OMG, everyone gave so many identical outfits. There's no way it will all be worn.

  mine didn't really like their bouncy seats....

  only need one tub

  i think some of the stuff is baby dependent....my girls LOVED there bouncy seats.....and when they were done with that LOVED their swings.....but i hear some babies don't like either or one or the other.  I pretty much started out with one of everything and then decided if i needed the second  :-)
