My tenants are making me happy

Their rent checks have been coming a day or two before the 1st. I really hope they want to extend their lease when it's up in May. Aside from some very minor issues, they've been a dream (knock on wood!).

    You are a lucky landlord.  We had one set of tenants who were always late on rent and had to move out halfway through their lease, so I had to scramble to find replacement tenants.  Worst.  Mistake.  Ever.  They trashed my house, and getting the rent was like pulling teeth.  They ruined landlording for me, so I sold the rental property.  I haven't had the nerve to attempt it again.
