Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Can you share your 9mo's menu? I feel like we don't have a big variety.

Besides formula or BM I mean. What veggies and fruits have you already introduced??

I have been following the Baby Book (Dr Sears menu and it does not have a whole lot of variety.)?

  • Ben eats what we eat with the exception of nuts, honey, egg whites and dairy (he's allergic, otherwise I would do yogurt and cheese at this age).  Today he had:

Pancakes with mango and banana for breakfast
Pinto beans, rice, and grilled veggies for lunch (we were out at a burrito place)
Turkey meatloaf, roasted potatoes and broccoli for dinner

He eats turkey burgers, teryaki chicken, chili, beef stew, anything really as long as it is soft enough and/or cut into tiny pieces.

  • B: Waffle and applesauce (normally she has yogurt, but we were out) and some cheerios while I am getting it ready.

    L: Quesadilla and carrots

D: We had spaghetti, but I don't like to give her tomato sauce so she had noodles with a butter and parmesan cheese and broccoli
