Well everyone is different but all the pg books say you should gain between 25-30 lbs total over your entire prenancy. However, if you were thin before you got pg, you may need to gain more.

I agree with pp's. I'm someone who put weight on easily PP, but now even though I know I've been eating more, I haven't put on a pound. Don't worry, I'm sure it will catch up with me soon
That's not too much at all! I'm about a pound a week. Don't listen to the "weight rules" you'll just drive yourself crazy. If dr doesn't say anything... Then you're good!!
worry about it after the baby. As long as you are not gaining an amount of weight that would hinder you from walking... you should be ok. But, its always good to get a doctors perspective.

This. Everybody is different. I haven't gained any weight yet. (But I contribute that to exercising more and eating better.)

I work out more then I did pre pregnancy, I think I am just eating like a pig ;-)
I'm up 17lbs.
If your doctor is not concerned do not worry about it.
