Did your LO change their nap schedule?

I think Trevor is on the verge of changing his.  He was a 45 minute napper - 4 times a day.  But yesterday & today he's taken a 30 minute nap in the morning & a 2.5 hour nap mid afternoon.

    My DD has been "off" since the holidays.  Nowadays I just let her dictate when she wants to take a nap.  Hopefully in a few more months we can go back to forming a more solid schedule.

    This is now our new "routine".  I have found that when she gets herself off this schedule we have a harder time sleeping that night as well.

    My kiddo used to nap for 45 min - 1hr but for the past two weeks or so, he's started taking a 2 hr late morning nap as well as an hr long afternoon nap and another 1 hr nap around 5ish. Works for me :)
