  • That's too low of a calorie count... what you're going to do is make your body store whatever you eat instead of letting it burn off. That's why the scale isn't budging.

Is it a clothing issue, or just the numbers? I am heavier than before, but my clothes fit (go figure).

Tape over the scale numbers, and do what it takes to make you feel healthy! You just had a baby, and it takes months to go back to where you were.

This. You're not eating enough calories and burning far too many. Don't you watch The Biggest Loser??? Every season one of the contestants gets their asses handed to them for not eatinf enough...and that's why they hadn't lost much/any that week.

  • And you just had your baby.
  • Ditto Weight Watchers, and ditto not eating enough.  This is what was wrong when I had problems losing weight before I started WW.  I found out I wasn't eating nearly enough.  You are exercising a ton and that is not enough calories to even keep you alive for very long, much less allow yourself to lose weight.  You are in starvation mode right now, and if you continue, you can do some serious harm to your body.  Eat the right things (lean protein, green veggies, fruits, and water) and exercise MODERATELY and the weight will come off eventually.  Aim for no more than 2 lbs per week.
  • At 6 weeks pp I was still losing water weight.  Relax and give it some time.  You can't expect to lose 9 months of baby weight in a month and a half.  That wouldn't even be healthy.

  • seriously? I feel bad for your dc that you are out walking 10 miles a day ('cause if you are walking, then you are outside for what 2-3 hours!?).

Do you nurse? how the eff are you making enough milk on 1000 calories a day. i'm going to call you out on that one. either you are lying or you are an idiot. chill out. It takes a heck of a lot longer than 5 weeks to get back to your pre-peg body.

Oh and 30DS is not a magic weight loss video. It gets you toned and gives you more strength/endurance. I haven't lost any weight while doing it, but I have seen changes in my body -- I can see my abs now.

    Good luck.

No not a liar....  I am not BF...thanks though. And the reason we walk so long is because he falls asleep and I don't want to wake him to put him in carseat cause he hates it.

  • I am doing the 30 Day Shred (every day) and WW. I have been doing it for almost 4 weeks. I really like it and definitely am seeing results, not so much in weight loss (6lbs, which I attribute more to WW than the shred for now, although I am building muscle so the weight should start to come off faster) but more like my pants are getting too loose, my strength and endurance is def. increasing, fat % is going down and my body is shrinking. I highly recommend the 30 day shred, it is short and effective. I do agree with the others that 1000 calories may be too few for weight loss. Do some research to see how many you actually should be eating to lose weight. GL and give yourself a break!!
