How do I put a pic in my siggy?

I have done it before and I went to update today and it isn't working.

Don't you just paste the TinyURL code in the siggy box under Edit Profile?

I am so befuddled.

upload pic to tinypic.com and then copy and paste the code for message boards to your siggy box

you have to use the image tags

take out the **'s
