Does sudafed make anyone else feel awful??

I have horrible sinus pressure today, and the plain red sudafed (the kind you have to buy behind the counter) was OK'd by my RE and OB. I've taken it before while pg (a few months ago) and had no bad side effects. Tonight, though, I feel awful -- lightheaded and like my heart is racing. YUCK.

Sudafed doesn't make me feel awful, but all of the night time cold medicines do. When I take nighttime cold meds I can never fall asleep, I get dizzy, and heart palpitations. It's the worst. I hope you feel better.

I have the same problems. My OB recommended it a few weeks ago when I was really suffering and I told him how it made me feel. He agreed that I should skip it. It's not worth feeling awful just to get rid of sinus pressure.
