spreadsheet for MoMs

I had read earlier back that there was someone who had made a spreadsheet to organize times of feedings and numbers of diapers for twins or triplets.  I am starting to get ready, just in case and was wondering if you could send it to me, please!

    i can email you the one i made/used - it also had a spot to write down meds that mommy takes - which was the most helpful thing for me b/c i could never remember when i took my pain meds :)

    I asked for a spreadsheet and used it for less than one day. After that I used a small notebook and kept everything written down for the babies in that. I kept track of my own info on a white board on the fridge.

    For me it was just too much to use the spreadsheet - the notebook was awesome. Once they got on their 3 hour schedule (together) I dropped the notebook.
