seamstress in northern nj?

i really want to have my wedding dress turned into a blanket or something for the baby. any recommendations for seamstresses????

    Maria, her business is named "Pins & Needles."  She is above "Bride's Best Friend" store for bachelorette dresses in Englewood on Palisades Ave.  She has a small little room, but she is amazing.  She has also turned wedding dresses into Christening and Communion outfits, so she should be able to accomodate a blanket or something special.
