No one on AP answered my post so I'm trying again here.
I'm not a huge sling person but I want to be.... I saw the puj go on babysteals or mamabargains yesterday but it was sold out before I could get it... It looks really cool and stylish. Anyone use this? Will this work for a 21 lb 29 inch baby? TIA
Re: Anyone know about the Puj Go Sling?
I got one as a gift when I was PG.
It's just a double layer of twill fabric. It's about 16" wide and looped into a loop as wide as you want (you should be able to pick a size). I never used it because I found it really difficult to master with a newborn and though the ads show it with bigger babies, I think it would utterly kill your shoulder. I plan to sell mine on CL. I don't know what size I have (I am 5'3" and busty/size 14 and bought it to carry a NB) but if you would like it I would be happy to sell to you for a reasonable price. It's EUC - I think I tried it twice and am pretty sure it is this same color combo: https://www.pujbaby.com/images/products/product8_medium.jpg
I am not a sling person - I have a Maya that I hardly use, don't like the PUJ and far more favor the Moby for a newborn and Ergo for an older baby/toddler. Another sling person may be able to comment on this better.
Random - my sister got me a reusable coffee cozy as a gift and it's the same two fabrics as the Puj Go sling that I got.
I bet you could find an Etsy seller to make a similar item for you out of any fabric you desired for a fabulous price.
