Gestational Sac measuring small
I had an ultrasound today and the gestational sac measured 7w1d and the crowne to rump measured 8w .. Is this a cause for concern?
The heartbeat was 141 .. Does that sound like it is on target?
The tech wouldn't tell me much and I won't get the results from the doc until Monday ..

I'm assuming you are around 8 weeks pregnant? If so, it sounds good to me. My doc always said not to be concerned with a week + or - b/c people ovulate early or later thus making things larger or smaller. Make sense? I think 141 is right on target.
It sucks that you have to wait through the weekend. Try to make future appointments so that you find out in the same week. There is something about the weekend that I hate b/c it makes it seem so long. It's better to see the doc on Friday's and get results so you can enjoy the weekend! That's just something I figured out along the way.

you saw a heartbeat, so that's a good thing! when i did m/c, i went in and it was measuring 6 weeks when i was 9 and there was no heartbeat. she did send me to another doctor for a different ultrasound a week later but she also told me that i would probably miscarry. so if your doctor didn't say that, then stay positive! lots of luck to you!
