My parents use this one when they take Kaden out. I will be stealing to take to D-land from now on. I made the mistake of thinking I could take Kaden by myself yesterday with no stroller or carrier, it was awful and I am paying for it today.
It doesn't recline all the way but it does recline, I like it because it still has cup holders and a basket underneath.

It does recline to a pretty decent angle, although not all the way flat. At 13 pounds and with a built in strap, it's lightweight and easy to carry. I didn't personally think it was inexpensive, but compared to some of the Maclarens, etc., it is. Not sure what your price range is, so I thought I'd throw it out there.
