We usually owe but maybe we'll get something this year since I didn't work all year. ::::crosses fingers:::::: If we actually get something, I would like to update our bathroom and get a new shed.

Putting most of it toward credit cards. And I'm hoping we'll have enough left to re-do the carpet, paint, doors, etc. in the spare bedroom that we are turning into baby #2's room.
Refund...hahaha! We haven't seen a check from Uncle Sam in a few years. I am waiting for my W-2 from my old company but based off what I think my info is we will owe about $2,000
Stupid NYC taxes killed me (didn't have me as a city resident for some off reason for 6 months and that is only my portion of what I would owe). Hopefully nanny on ft payroll will help us for next year
We have had to pay out the butt the past couple of years. I am PRAYING that we at least break even this year. We are both claiming 0!! If we owe, we are going to have to take "extra" out of our paycheck on top of the normal deduction.
In the INSANELY slim chance that we get money back, we will be able to go to Italy and will use it towards the trip...............just DH and I.
With my tax return - why, I'll file that with the IRS and then file a copy away for our records.
With my refund? We never get a refund. We always owe. This is by design. Why give the govt an interest free loan all year? This isn't found money, this is money that has been taken from your pay all year long needlessly! Refunds are bad!!!!
Typically we get a decent amount back due to being in the high tech sales industry (even if it is just DH now....), and we pretty much put all of it towards property taxes every single time. Nothing fun but it's nice to have the taxes mostly covered since they're outrageous.
-Going to Jamaica/spending money in Jamaica -Quentin's new twin bed set for his big boy room -A new couch for our living room -New bedset and drapes for our bedroom -New blinds for the office and kitchen -Pay off a credit card
Re: Poll - What will you do with your tax return?
Ours will also be used to pay of debt.
Mommas Little Yankee Fan!

Pay our property taxes, any left over $$ DH and I will split in half. I will use that $$ (if any) to pay off my credit card ;0(
REFUND! REFUND! REFUND!
My tax refund has already gone toward cc bills. Nothing fun.

It's the form that you file.
I will file my return. Our refund, on the other hand, will likely pay down a few bills and then the rest will go to savings.
