Thank you gifts for shower?

The babies' grandmothers are throwing our shower, and I'm trying to think of good thank you gifts. Do you have any suggestions beyond these ideas? They're ok, but I'm just not loving them. I'd be happy with non-twin related gift ideas as well.

Lockets for two pictures

Double frames and/or albums engraved with "Proud Grandma of Twins"

GC to BRU (in combination with one of the above)

Will the grandmas be watching the babies at all? If so, how bout a diaper bag with each of their names on it. Grandma ______ and Grandma ________ or Nana or whatever they want to be called.
