Second Labor

Today I was told 75% effaced and 2-3 cm dilated and 0 station - I never dilated with DD until I went into labor...

Does this mean anything the second time around?

    I don't know about the 2nd labor part but I was only 50% effaced and 2cms dilated at my 39wk apt and had my daughter the next day by 1:55pm :)

    My OB said that dilation and effacement happen simultaneously in second and subsequent deliveries, so you may be getting close!

    i was 50% effaced and 3cm dialated for 3 weeks before i was induced at 39 weeks (toxemia). this wasn't my second labor though...so who knows!
