another cervix check.

tomorrow i am going for another cervical length check. they make me so nervous! the last 3 times it has held fast at 2.9-3.1. which the maternal and fetal med docs say is perfectly fine. But, they keep making me re-check. I cry every single time in fear.

i am going to hydrate like a mad woman and rest all evening... wish me luck.

    I completely understand, they have been checking mine every 2 weeks since i was 14 weeks along. They said they will do mine til i hit 32 weeks. GL to you

    I can relate too and go for weekly checks. Mine was 3.1 last time as well and the dr said no need to worry that it is fine. I get so nervous that I am going to go in and they will say "Yikes- you are at 0.5cm!" I am such a nervous nelly!

    I understand. I've had 4 checks in the past 2 weeks, going for another one in the morning.  I am so freaked out each time.  My cervix is getting shorter every time though... 14mm at 23 weeks. So I've been on bed rest since it was 25mm.

    Try not to worry, it's best to know what's going on to prevent anything.
