WDYT? Alton is DH's mn and also his grandfathers name and Henry was my grandfathers name. We are having the hardest time coming up with a boy name. Our girl name is Shea Elizabeth (b/g twins)

ETA: Also, I don't think you should try to name your twins as a "twin set," anyway. Give the girl a girl name you love, and give the boy a boy name you love. It's good that they're different (not like Alexander and Alexis, for example). They don't need to sound like a "set" for them to work. And I think Alton and Shea sound just fine together.
This is an okay name in my opinion. My sister's father-in-law is named Alton and people always prounounce it different (All-ton or Al-ton). It would annoy me, but he is really laid back and doesn't care.
Re: Alton Henry
I think it's cute.
Just curious, would you pronounce it Al-Ton or All-Ton? I see All-ton when I read it.

I tend to pronounce it Al-ton. My first thought was Alton on the Real World Las Vegas. I like the sound of All-ton better.
I like the name , but it will be mispronounced all the time.
(read it. you know you want to.)
