Ok, so it's going to take over a month to get me in to an OB for an establishing visit. This is fine - I've only been off of BC for 5 months and it's no emergency, but I wanted to chat with an OB about my crazy spotting. Google says this could be a progesterone problem, which I'll bring up to the OB, BUT I don't want to waste an entire cycle waiting to get in to the Dr. Is there anything I can do homeopathically in the meantime to see if it will help?
Any experience with vitamin B6 (in small doses....I know, I know) and/or red raspberry leaf tea, vitex, etc. that helps with spotting? My LP seems ok, it's just the spotting that's out of control.
Also, on a side note, I wanted to try green tea this cycle and I either over brewed, or green tea is just plain nasty. Anything else to help with EWCM?
Thanks ladies!
