My best friend is an attorney and did our will and power of attorney last year. It's something you never think about when you are younger but it's so important. We will need to update ours once the baby gets here.

I need to make one out... but I keep putting it off. I know how important it is, but right now my life is so hectic that I haven't put aside the time to do it... but I might make the time soon.

It's on our list of things to do. We have talked about it too. I have some friends who are lawyers and just need to call/talk to them about it and get it done.

yeah, not fun but definitely something that is needed.

My sister works for an attorney and is doing Power of Attorney and Wills for us as we speak. I'm glad this thread came up!

Yep, we created ours last year, as well as the Advanced Directive (Living Will).
