That sweet day is finally here!
My husband has been in India since the day after Christmas and is finally coming home today!!!! It has been a long month and I really didn't know if I could make it through, but I have. Things being so busy with work, junior league, going out of town, and such has helped so much. I didn't want to post about it because I know we have weirdo lurkers here who didn't need to know that I've been home alone for a month (yeah, I'm that paranoid but you never know). Anyway, I can't wait to see my hubby! He's so happy to be coming home. I made sure everything was nice for him there. He has been exposed to and seen so many things, which have all been enjoyable, but his trip has been pretty uncomfortable. I just want him to relax and not worry about anything. I made a sign to hold at the airport that says "Welcome home, "A"! We missed you!" with "we" being me and the baby. Hope he likes it!

Aww, that sign will make him so happy! Glad it wasn't too bad without him there, and so glad he is coming home today!
I completely understand about not posting that you were going to be home alone. There are creepy lurkers for sure!

Awww, it's awesome he's coming home today!! I'm so proud of you for making it a whole month alone. Glad that you had lots to keep you busy while DH was gone.

Yes, I HAD to have some kind of countdown to this day. It was awful in the beginning. I would strike through each day of his itinerary gone by and really keep myself from losing it. We were able to talk for about 30 minutes everyday, which helped immensely.
SO happy for you and I totally understand about not posting it on here...I wonder sometimes who all is watching us- it's kind of freaky!
But very glad that he's coming home today and I think the sign is super cute- just like that little baby of yours is going to be!
