Vent: Zoloft (possibly TMI)

I've been on Zoloft now since DD was born and for the last month have felt much better with how things are going and my anxiety is very well under control.  It's like a miracle.

Unfortunately, the low libido has really stalled things for DH and I.  I continue to be interested in having sex, but just can't reap the benefits from it, if you know what I mean.  It's such a bummer.

Obviously I'm not going to change anything because the med is working really well, but it's frustrating!  I wish they made a med to counter-act that side effect.

    Talk to your prescribing doctor he might change the med and see if that works better.

    I've been on Zoloft for 22 months and I experience the same thing. I was on Wellbutrin to counteract the side effect and it didn't help me at all. I'm actually going to the Dr. tomorrow morning to see what she recommends.

    I would look things up online on how to maybe boost your sex drive. i had the same problem but was forced off my prozac when I lost my insurance. My mom recommended getting a vibrator, lol. I also read erotic books and that really gets me in the mood. good luck
