I guess I am not KU. Just received bloodwork from the doctor's office, guess I am at -1 for HCG :(

    What?  Oh no!!!  What an emotional rollercoaster!  I think that's about the first time I've seen FRER give a false positive.  I am so sorry.

    Sonofabitch - I'm so sorry.

    But - keep testing.  I don't mean to sound more hopeful than is reasonable, but I have seen at least two instances on these boards where the doctors screwed up the bloodwork.

    I'm so sorry. I missed your post this morning but when I went back and looked at your PIP's I totally saw a line. This is the first I've heard about a false positive on a FRER. Is it possible that the lab mixed up your b/w? I've heard of lab mixups more so than a false positive on a FRER.

    ::sigh:: Sadly, I ended up taking another test just now... it came back negative. I guess next time I will take 2 dang tests before I post anything.

    Sorry to get everyone's hopes up. Now, I just hope they find out what is wrong with DH... I don't even feel like working out... I was sailin' earlier.

    UGH, I am so sorry!  I think you should test in a couple of days again.  Esp now that you have just tested with out FMU.  Maybe it is just starting to happen!  I am going to hold out hope for you.

    Oh man, that is harsh on the emotions.  I saw the old post and I definitely do see a line, but it is super faint.  I also have never heard of a false + with FRER.  Is there a possibility that the bw could have gotten messed up? Did you test again with another FRER (FMU) or was it another brand?  I'm sorry that you had to deal with such a douche nurse and I am sorry that you are dealing with this right now :(
