Hey girls -
So last night I didn't eat an evening snack after dinner and woke up around 3am pretty hungry but I was SO freakin tired that I just went back to sleep. This morning my fasting number was normal but then after my breakfast (about 30grams of carbs and the same thing as I've eaten for 3 days now) and my number was up... not quite over but REALLY close.
I'm wondering - can fasting too long mess up your numbers? If so... should I have grabbed something at 3am or just make a point to eat that evening snack even if my dinner was sort of late and I'm not hungry?!
