staying awake for how long??

at 6mo old how long does your LO stay up before getting sleepy??

Re: staying awake for how long??

  • 2-3 hrs, depending.  Closer to 2 before her first nap, closer to 3 the rest of the day.  But it varies.

  • We are almost at 7 months but a couple of weeks ago he started being awake for 3-3.5 hours between naps. Before that it was 2 hours, like clockwork.

    this.

  • The max she would stay up was 2 hours.  She woke up at 7 and would take at least an hour nap at 9, 12, and 3.  She went to bed by 6.  She loved and still loves to sleep...down to two naps now.

  • At six months, no more than two hours.  Now he can go 3.5 hours between naps, and up to five hours after his last nap and bedtime if it's a bad nap day.
  • 2-3 hours.  He takes a good nap in the morning, around 9:30am...afternoon he fights it BIG time.
