anyone done Hypnobabies or Hypnobirthing?

I have done a bunch of reading and ended up deciding I want a natural birth and was totally intrigued by what I have read about Hypnosis for child birth. I ended up reading the Hypnobirthing book by Mongan this weekend and was pretty set that I wanted to choose this way.

Has anyone taken classes in Portland and had success with either of these?

I took Hypnobirthing from Kristin at Zenana Spa. I loved how relaxed I was during labor. Kristin also does a great job explaining options in the hospital. I recommend it.
