First Psychologist Appointment, Today

I am nervous, but then again, I am always nervous.  I am glad I will have someone to talk to and get a professional opinion from regarding this anxiety and the problems I am having with work, however.  I might break down and cry in front of her, though.  Hopefully that's not just me...

    I can almost guarentee that you will break down and cry.  But guess what. . . THAT IS OKAY!  You have a lot that you are dealing with.  I hope today goes well - GL!

    Don't feel weird about crying! Totally normal. This is their job and they do it everyday. They won't think twice about you crying. GL!!
