When you talk to your LO what do you say when referring to their bottom? Do you use..butt, tooshie, rearend?? Funny that I put thought into this, I'm sure..but MIL uses the word "bumpy" (how fitting) for her adopted younger children and I think that its kinda cute..and DH already uses that most of the time, probably cause he is used to it from his parents..
anyway....
my bumpy hurts from the shred today..really it does..

We just say butt or bottom.
I just started the Shred again and I'm sore, too!
We say "bum." That's the term DH and I used before the kids were born, too.

Booty.
Like another poster said, it's too cute to be a butt!
Exactly this.
Growing up we never said "butt", and for some reason it always sounds harsh to me to hear it coming out of a little kid's mouth. I was sheltered, I know.
But both "bum" and "bottom" sound so much nicer to me, so we're sticking with those.
We say butt, so I guess that means we're harsh.
