I'm cooking! And so far to the best of my knowledge, hell has not frozen over and my kitchen is still standing.

No fires yet!

    Sounds like me.

    My landlord put new granite counter tops in this past Spring.  To do so, he had to move the gas stove/oven out of the way.  Once the counter tops were installed, he reconnected the gasline.

    It had to have been over a month before I realized that the stove didn't work (because he hadn't hook the line up correctly).  And to make it worse, I wasn't going to use the stove to cook but to boil water to sterilize bottles.  :o)

    I hope that whatever you cooked tasted yummy!  Its awful to actually try to cook and have it take gross!

    Sucess! Hamburger Helper, greenbeans, and corn. Yum!! Yeah, I was rushed and didn't want to get fast food. I love 30 minute meals. :]
