do you have a mirror in your big kid room?

I have to rearrange dd's room for when we put in a big girl bed & she also has to share with the new baby. When i move the dresser/changing table out of dd's room she will no longer have a mirror in there. I don't know why but it struck me today that a mirror might be a good thing to have in there. Do you have one? What kind is it? (wall, attached to dresser, etc.)

  • My girls (3, 6, &9) all have wall mirrors in their rooms.

  • My DD just so happened to have one with her dresser, so she has a mirror in her room.  DS's furniture, which will be the same for his big boy room, does not have a mirror.  I don't see an issue with him not having one.
  • We have a wall mirror right next to the big basket of dress-up clothes in their room.
  • We have this one above her book shelf. She likes to see herself when she's in bed.image
  • No.  Both kids have bathrooms in their rooms though.  Does that mirror count?  None hanging on the walls though.

This. He loves to check himself out in the funky duds.

  • No. Somehow we only have one mirror in our current house, and it's in our full bathroom.

At some point we're going to have to remedy that situation.

  • Yes. When we transitioned from the toddler bed to a full, we purchased the matching mirror and nightstand.  DS likes having the mirror.  He can stand on his bed and look at his glow-in-the-dark diego underwear. :)
