I think my doctor is fantastic. He never rushes and always asks at least three times if I have any questions. He just makes me feel very comfortable and I'm very confident in his abilities.
I adore my doctor. At our first appointment when we saw the baby's h/b on the u/s she was so excited! I think it's cool that someone who sees this everyday would still get that excited over a new patient's first u/s. She's been great, and came HIGHLY recommended. I'm so glad we made the switch!
I do. I delivered my first two in Chicago. When we moved to Phoenix, I thought I'd never find an OB that I loved as much as my Chicago OB. But I lucked out. I think I actually love the Phoenix OB more. Overall just a great experience.
I absolutely love my doctor- there are 5 doctors in the practice though! So far I have met 4 and loved all but 1. The only reason I didn't care for the 1 was because he was this super old guy who was obviously just there to finish out a few more years before retirement. I had him for the first time I heard the heart beat and when he found it he says all serious- "well, there you go, now you know it isn't just gas"!!! Not exactly the warm-fuzzy feeling I've gotten from the others!!!

Me! There's 5 in the practice & I've only met 2 so far & spoke to 1 on the phone. The main one I've seen most is awesome. Super patient & informative & personable. I hope she delivers my LO.
After having midwives with DD, I was SO scared to switch to a Dr. for my high risk pregnancy because they were SO personable. I love, love, love him. I actually just got off the phone with him.

Steal my kids picture or pretend they are yours, I will find where you live and ship all of their dirty diapers to your doorstep. Promise.
I really dislike my doctor (I'm brand new to her) which is why it makes me soooo happy in my decision to receive care from a midwife. I love her and she is very thorough in all my appointments...she answers any questions/concerns without making me feel silly or stupid for asking them and she's extremely experienced. I look forward to my visits to her!

This! The sono techs were all so "whatever, here's your baby" and my doctor gets excited every time she hears the heartbeat! It's reassuring.
Me! I always had a female doctor and was pretty convinced that I was going to have a female ob-gyn until I met my current ob-gyn who is a male. He has a dry sense of humor (like me!), takes his time w/ my endless questions, and the only one who delivers 7days/wk. All of my friends are shocked that my ob-gyn is a male, but so far so good.
My OB is amazing. My SIL and I both go there, as well as DH's aunt and his grandma, so he is always asking how everyone is. We were having a problem getting pregnant this time around, he referred us to an RE, when I came back pregnant he literally danced in the room, Hugged me and told me how incredibly excited he was and how blessed we were to get pregnant so quickly with the RE...... Every apt now he hugs me and asks how my miracle is

This is how mine was as well. We are so, so happy with him. He even came to visit me in the hospital (kidney infection) and he didn't even have rounds there or anything. He is so awesome!
I love my doctors. There are 4 in the practice and an NP. I've met 3 out of the 4 and the NP. I love all of them. The u/s tech is awesome and always so nice. The nurses are great too. One nurse gave me a big hug when I was sobbing finding out I was going to m/c and then gave me another huge hug when we found out we were expecting again. When we went thru our loss my doctor's office was a huge help and without them the experience would have been much worse.

I've been very impressed with not only my doctor, but with the entire practice as well as the hospital I will be delivering.
The hospital is the only one in the region with an NICU, and there is always an OB doctor IN THE BUILDING on duty 24/7, 365!!!!!! Not on call, but actually in the hospital working! I thought that was just awesome!!!!!!
I DO! I have 2 doctors (its a 2 doc practice) and they are both fantastic! They are always available by phone or email, they take great pride in their work and they are all about "minimally invasive" care. I feel really lucky that I found them.
I've had some complications since the birth of DS, and he has gone out of his way to track down specialists for me, pre-sreen them, and give me a the names with his recommendations. Fantastic. This on top of all the attention and care I get from the practice on a regular basis.
I see MWs but all 5 of them are fabulous! With DD I stuck to one more than the others and she ended being the one to actually deliver me, too, which was nice
I had an emergency manual removal of my placenta (required a general) after birth and the hospital didn't allow visitors down where us patients had to recover so when I woke up alone I was really scared. She was there sitting next to me, just doing paperwork and waiting for me to wake up. :::swooon::::
I love my doctor!! He is the most amazing doctor I've ever gone to. He is so patient and kind and has the most calming presence which I'm sure will come in handy when I'm giving birth. Every time he checks for the heartbeat he hears it immediately but refuses to stop until he finds a heartbeat loud enough for us to pick up. Sometimes that takes a while since our LO is constantly on the move! He is always checking to see if we have any questions and he will take all the time that is needed for us to understand and feel comfortable with his answers. He also called me on New Year's Eve at like 7 at night to go over the results of our big ultrasound. Everything was normal, but he didn't want to make me wait until my next appointment to hear how it went. He is awesome, I'm so glad that he's my doctor!!!!
