What state do you live in? Just curious. You said something about if the father isn't actively involved from the beginning then he can only have supervised visits for the first year or two. Just curious where that is at.
Sorry... Indiana, but you should be able to look up your state. I actually talked to the child support division at the court house and they gave me a packet that gave visitation rights for all age groups and depending on if they have been involved or not. They should give you this once you file anyway, but i'm sure they could now.
