Anyone getting DH a gift from baby?

We collect Willow Tree figurines and I got him the New Father one with DS1.  Now I'm trying to think of something small for DS2 and stuck.  A photo book of our family prior to DS2 would be fun, but probably too late now (only 1.5 weeks to go, hopefully).  Any thoughts?

    I defintely want to get DH a gift, but I might wait until after LO is here.  I wanted to take a black and white picture of DH and LO and frame it so he can have it for himself.  ....that is my sentimental idea...or maybe a "man" diaper bag...He has been eyeing this Burton brand, messenger style one...kinda pricey, but I think he deserves it!

    For Valentine's Day, I'm getting DH "his" manly diaper bag from LO, for trips with just the boys.  I'm filling it with all the stuff he needs--nothing girly.  Skull-and-crossbone diaper bag, black Hotsling, a couple rockband onesies for changes, a guitar burpcloth, plain silicone pacifiers, and all the little stuff.

    He's getting a present at LO's birth, too, but that's not from LO--it's from me!

    I was thinking of getting DH something but we both agreed not to do gifts, the baby is us our gift.

    I am going to wait until Fathers Day to get him something nice.
