Preemie Boy Clothes

I have a bunch of preemie boy clothes that were barely worn. Some of them were never worn at all just washed and put in the drawer. I have tried to contact the NICU where he was but no one has gotten back to me.

Does anyone need any or know of a NICU that will accept the donation?? I will be happy to ship to anyone at my own expense as long as I know they are going to get good use.

Not that they take up all that much space I just would love to be able to give them to someone who needs/wants them..

    What season would they work for? I have literally 1 preemie outfit and may be induced next week w/ a 33 week IUGR baby

    Also random question--what size do babies have to be to fit into preemie clothes? Like what is the avg size/weight for a preemie outfit?

    I have to look when I get home.. He was born on 9/25 so I think most of it is long and short sleeved onsies and PJs. I can give you a detailed list tomorrow if you like. The preemie size it up to 5 or 6lbs if I am not mistaken, but I will double check that also.

    I work in the NICU at Children's Hospital in Philly...We have a closet for donated clothes that we allow all our babies to use. They would be put to GREAT use there if you're still interested in getting rid of them. you can email me at viollett99 at hotmail dot com and I can send you details where you can ship them if you like!!

    I'm about to donate my boy clothes to Magee Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.  I would be happy to take yours as well, I don't really have that many.  Let me know if you want me to take them.  It's an awesome feeling to be able to give these, I was surprised when they told me he had to be "dressed" to be in the open bed.  I was still in the hospital and no one had the chance to go buy anything.  He ended up wearing VERY large size NB clothes that were gifts brought to us in the hospital because that's all we had.
