Cold Medicine

What cold medicines can I take?  I know most are considered safe, but I am scared it's going to dry up my supply.  I have a horribly sore throat and my ears are popping everytime I swallow.  I can't keep functioning like this, but I really don't want my supply to drop either.  The nedi-pott just isn't doing it!

    Of course, always consult your pedi but i was told that Tylenol Cold medicine was ok.  i took it with a cold and supply was fine - I just made sure to keep hydrated.  Feel better!
