Tonight: Blissfulgurl's Hawaiian Chicken with rice and probably a salad. The rest of the week we'll have chicken marsala with quinoa and salad, apricot chipotle glazed salmon with carrots, green beans and garlic bread, and StefandTodd's potato-topped turkey pie with one night of leftovers. Tonight, we're having apple/chicken sausage with yellow rice and steamed mixed veggies. The rest of the week we have pulled pork sandwiches with oven fries one night and mixed veggies another night, steak with roasted potatoes and mixed veggies, grilled chicken and zucchini spaghetti, and tex-mex skillet and salad.
It's good to be home and cooking meals again. I ate way too much fast food last week.
ugh... we're at the point in packing where we're eating off paper plates and using plastic utensils. Which means I have little left to cook with...
Sooo... we'll be eating out a lot. I did pick up manacotti from TJ's for one meal this week, and I'm gonig to be digging through our pantry to use what I can this week so we don't have to move it. Sooo I'm likely going to make chicken enchaladas before packing up the rest of our kitchen goods.
Now I'm dying to know what you guys are talking about!! Should I be concerned that's what we're eating tonight???
NO! I still love Chicken Tettrazini, it was just a funny clip on The Soup about some chick on Maury povitch who figured out her boyfriend was cheating on her b/c another girl was making him Chicken tettrazini... I tried to find a clip, but they have all been removed.
