Safe meds for a cold?

My OB doesn't give a  "safe Meds" list, so I always have to ask him.....

I have a horrible head cold, and wondered if there were any decongestants/cold meds that are OK?  I'm dying.  I'm also sick of peeing everytime I sneeze/cough. 

I will do the Neti pot again, and a steam shower.

    i took regular sudafed NOT THE PE kind. and also benadryl and tyenol .. hope you feel better, rest up and lots of water and gatorade

    Nothing like being 9 months pg, and having a horrible cold at the same time.  Top that off with trying to do inversions to get a breech baby to flip, and you have one unhappy camper.

    Thanks for the quick responses.  Hopefully I can get some sleep.

    Like PP said, Tylenol and Benedryl (I use generics...no recall lol) or also, Tylenol Multi-Symptom Day & Night is good too. I think they have a generic form of that too. GL! I had this about a month ago, I know it sucks!
