  • Sunday/Monday - vegetarian crockpot chili with sweet potatoes, carrots, red kidney beans, and lots of garlic, on brown rice

    Tuesday/Wednesday - meatloaf with carrot and cauliflower purees snuck in

    Thursday - Crockpot chicken/thyme/garlic, freeze the chicken stock, and some kind of green veggie

    Friday - some kind of pasta with the leftover chicken, red sauce and mozza

    Saturday - take out pizza

    Most days we have a simple garden salad as well.

    Mon - chicken coleslaw wraps

    Tue - Baked chicken and pasta

    Wed - Breakfast Pie

    Thur - Home made pizza

    Fri - 5 ingredient pork loin and scalloped potatos

    Sat - Curry Coconut chicken and rice

  • Sunday - Flank steak, potatoes, peas

    Monday - Ribs, egg noodles, corn, garlic bread

    Tuesday - Goulash

    Wednesday - Chicken sandwiches, french fries

    Thursday -  Pot roast, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, rolls

    Friday -  Pork chops, rice, fruit

    Saturday - Sticken chicken, noodles, rolls

  • Sun: lobster raviolis and zucchini

    Mon: crockpot onion chicken and the rest of the zucchini

    Tues: DH working late, so I'll just have a lean cuisine or cereal probably

    Wed: porkchops and mac&cheese

    Thurs: tilapia, some kind of veg

    Fri: spaghetti and caesar salad

    Sat; C is sleeping over my parents' house so DH&I going out to eat

  • Sun - Chicken and tofu curry over jasmine rice, salad

    Mon - Cabbage roll soup, french bread/cheese

    Tues - Pot roast, potatoes, mixed veggies

    Weds - Left-over cabbage roll soup

    Thurs - French dip sandwiches (meat from Tuesday's pot roast), tatertots, salad

    Fri - Chicken potpie

    Sat -  Eating Mexican food at friend's house

  • Monday - chicken satay w/Thai tamarind peanut sauce and rice noodles

    Tues - Brinner - homemade flax vanilla waffles with maple sausage links

    Wed - beef pho

    Thurs - apricot panko salmon w/baked zucchini fries

    Fri - personal pizzas (kids make their own pizzas)

  • Mon- Chicken & Sausage Paella

    Tue- Spaghetti & Meatballs

    Wed- Spicy Chicken & Rice

    Thurs- Pot Roast

    Fri- Coq au vin

  • I'm slacking this week, all I have is a vague idea of what I'm doing!

    Tonight, I know we're having pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and rosemary rolls.

    I also am thinking about:
    White bean chili with chicken
    Burritos
    Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies (making an extra meatloaf to freeze)
    Spaghetti and meatballs (making extra meatballs to freeze)
    And then I need an idea for tomorrow night. We are having a friend over, she's bringing spinach dip and bread but I'm not sure what to have for dinner....

    wed: pizza casserole

    Thurs: turkey, pots, corn, corn bread stuffing

    Fri:leftovers or shrimp scampi w/ pasta & peppers

  • Sunday- Tacos, rice, salad

    Monday- At family's house

    Tuesday- Shake N Bake chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans and salad

    Wednesday- Chicken pot pie (with left over chicken), salad, biscuits

    Thursday- Italian Beef sandwiches, corn, fruit salad

    Friday- Homemade pizza, salad

    Saturday- Babysitting family's kids, whatever they make

  • Sunday- Stuffed Baked Sweet Potatoes, Turkey Ground Meatloaf and String beans

    Monday- Leftovers

    Tuesday- Brocooli and Chicken Pasta

    Wed- Leftovers from Tues.

    Thursday- Baked Beans, BBQ Chicken Drummetts and Cornbread muffins

    Friday- Eating out

    Sat- Pizza
